Pauline is a passionate autism advocate, proud mother of four, and a firm believer that every child deserves a chance to shine. Her journey into advocacy began with her son Daniel, whose autism story inspired her to dive deeper into understanding behavior, development, and how families can be better supported.

Determined to turn experience into impact, Pauline pursued studies in behavior analysis and music, blending science and creativity to support children on the autism spectrum. She is an alumna of the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication, the University of Nairobi, and Harvard Kennedy School (Public Narrative & Storytelling) skills she uses to amplify the voices of families and reshape conversations around autism.

Pauline is the founder and leader of Mali Therapy Center, one of Kenya’s leading therapy centers offering evidence-based and family-centered support. Through her work and her advocacy platforms, including Autism Mom KE, she champions inclusive education, early intervention, and community awareness.

As Autism Ambassador 2026–2027, Pauline is on a mission to ensure autistic and neurodiverse individuals are not just accommodated but truly included in schools, workplaces, and society as a whole.

At the heart of Pauline’s work is a simple belief: when families are supported early and communities embrace inclusion, every child has the opportunity to thrive.
